Damaging public properties has become very trivial. Any angry mob first target a public property - a bus, a train, or any building that they can immediately target. There is also one recent incident that a Delhi train was burnt as the train schedule was changed. No matter how severe is the reason, the miscreants target the public property. Whose money is it, finally - our tax money!The Govt also treats these miscreants treat them equivalent to rowdies if no death is involved.
