Kabali - Inspiring still

This preview image of Kabali by Rajini Kanth was very inspiring for me.  Sure, this is going to be an action blockbuster like Baasha.  The photography lighting, the makeup, the luxurious sofa, body language of Rajini impressed me so much.  Looking forward for the movie.

Keladi Kanmani or Keladi Kullamani - Youtube Movie

I was surprised to see the blockbuster movie Keladi Kanmani (கேளடி கண்மணி)  is mistakenly translated as Keladi Kullamani (கேளடி குள்ளமணி) . Its not about the typo; everybody would make mistakes.  But Kullamani is a comedian's name and is very hilarious to read. Wondering what was in the translator's mind when he translated :-)

Nedunchaalai: Next Movie by Director Krishna

Director Krishna made it big with his surya-jyothika starrer 'Sillunu Oru Kaadhal'.  Now he is on the game again with his next project Nedunchaalai.  I was very happy to see him on the Sun News with his team talking about the movie with a lot of pride and enthusiasm. This movie is based on the real incident the director saw on a highway. Having been his classmate in school, I am very proud of his accomplishment and wish him and his team the very best!

My 7 am Arivu

I am suffering from a very bad eye lid boil. Once in a while, I look into the mirror to see myself as a 7am Arivu logo.

Its a coincidence that its 07/07

The boil could have been because of body heat.

Or some microbes in the eyelid

I hoped my dad would have some naamakatti  (white power block used by Iyengaras to wear the naamam).  Its a wonderful home remedy - applying paste of it before going to bed would have dried up the boil next morning.

I also tried applying hot water so that the infection area gets cleaned.
